Conrad Nabholz, Corporate Market Development Manager Flooring

"Sika is quite a special employer. The construction business is a people driven business and also at Sika, people are really important. We have a flat hierarchy and an open culture and that makes it so nice to work here. I really like all the global opportunities and working together on the development and strategic implementation of products with R&D, product engineers and the people responsible in the regions. We will definitely grow in the future, especially in emerging markets. So for people who like to work internationally, Sika is a really good employer."
