  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment conducive to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary project point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns or inquiries.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Establish quality standards and performance metrics to assess the success and effectiveness of ServiceNow implementations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to verify compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Implement corrective actions and process improvements as needed to optimize project outcomes and deliverables.
  • Develop change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate user adoption and acceptance of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to promote self-sufficiency and maximize the value of ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Solicit feedback and insights from stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement and refinement of ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Allocate resources and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Make decisions and resolve conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that project activities align with organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Champion best practices and standards for ServiceNow implementation projects, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Evaluate project performance and outcomes, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and other external partners to leverage expertise and resources for project success.
  • Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity, professionalism, and accountability within the project team and across the organization.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or other technical qualification  
  • Multiple years of experience *in IT Project Management, IT Product Management
  • Multiple years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated experience effectively collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver superior business outcomes 
  • Strong conceptional skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English, German is an dvantage
  • SAP, Salesforce and MS Platform knowledge are an advantage
  • Certifications such as Prince2, Scrum Master, PMP are benefitial

  • Candidate is required to work in the Zurich office 4 days per week with 1 day being remote.
